Changing the PSD flex hose

Changing the PSD flex hose
I just got the replacement hose from 928sRus and wondering if I can ask some tips on changing this hose.
The new hose has fix ends, I know that I need to use 2 wrenches to counter move it but since the hose has fix ends, should i turn the nut on the small metal pipe to remove /install the hose? The metal pipe is so small and I am afraid I might break it if too much force is used.
Thanks.

Clean the flare nut on the metal pipe carefully with a brass wire brush paying particular attention to the area where the metal pipe enters the nut. Once any dirt or corrosion has been removed with the brush apply some penetrating oil and allow to soak for at least 30 minutes. Be sure to go buy a high quality flare nut wrench that fits the nut snugly. This will help prevent rounding the flats on the nut. Of course you will have to bleed the system once the new hose is installed.

So you mean the nut on the metal pipe is turnable?
I believe that one side is a nut, and on another side, the hose is connected to a pilot pressure valve. So should I just remove the nut side first and then turn the hose (while counter hold the valve) to remove the pilot pressure valve side?
Cheers

Yes, the nut on the cunifer metal line is moveable, it uses an 11 mm flare wrench. Here it is undone at the PSD pump end of the flex hose:
So counterhold on the 17mm fitting on the flex hose while loosening the 11 mm nut, that'll undo the pump end of the flex hose.
For the transmission end, hold the other end's 17 mm fitting, and pull off the 'U' shaped clip that holds the flex hose onto the PSD line bracket on the corner of the transmission. Then counterhold on the 14mm segment (IIRC it's a check valve) and undo the 11 mm brake fitting from the hardline. Then you can undo the check valve from the flex hose:

The PSD flex hose was changed and the system was completely flushed.
Everything runs fine and a job done.
Thanks for all the inputs and helps. Really appreciated.
The old hose was leaking after the flush.
Job Done.

Good news. However, in your picture the hose retainer clip doesn't appear to be installed to keep the hose securely attached to the bracket on the transmission. Did you install it after the pic was taken? Look at Rob's pics of the hose bracket and you'll notice the tab/tang of the spring clip is visible.
