The picture looks more amazon green metallic to me. But it could be the light; can't say for sure.

This car definitely requires a lot of work to be nice again. If the paint is as rough as described and needs to be redone, it is not feasible to make it nice again - at least not given the current market values. Paint, interior and maintenance updates would be in the high teens or low 20ies.

But if you just want to use it as a daily driver, it may make sense to fix the interior, catch-up on maintenance, and enjoy it.

Condition is a very subjective thing.....mostly depends on if you are buying or selling
