Default 81 Engine block

Hi all, Have misc parts still available from my 81 parts car, but am really looking to get the engine block out of my garage. It is shown in pics, what you see is what you'll get. Car was a US model 1981 Auto, 102k miles and ran not long before engine was pulled, but he had major electrical issues that he gave up on finding after awhile. I cannot ship this, located in Rochester, NY. I honestly don't know what this is worth, i was offered $200 from a semi local guy, who ended up getting laid off the Friday after we talked.
There is a cracked pump bracket shown in the pic, i assume from an impact

Pressure wash it, paint it a nice silver and make a coffee table out if it.

Heads and a few bits get used, but generally nobody needs a 4.5L short block, they don't fail, and when broken most prefer a larger block that is also cheaper to rebuild.
