Let Greg help you with that list. That's pretty much why you get a pro PPI, right? Then you decide how much you want to do yourself and how much you want Greg to do. Recommendation: Let Greg do as much of the deferred and 'repair' stuff as possible. Then you pick up whatever "maintenance" stuff you want to after the car is again great.
