5th Annual Houston 928 Holiday Dinner in The Woodlands - 12/28
It’s that time of year again, and this year our 928 Holiday dinner will be on Dec 28 at Grotto's in The Woodlands. This event has been getting bigger every year, so please join us for another great time. We will start to gather around 4, and probably head into the bar around 5-5:30 and eventually be seated for dinner around 6:30.
The manager at Grotto’s has agreed to reserve some space in his back parking lot for us to park and hang out before the dinner as long as the dinner is not on Friday or Saturday night. So we’ll have about 20 parking spots reserved and I’ll adjust the count as it gets closer if necessary.
Please let me know if you plan to attend so we can get a rough head count.

I wonder why this thread didn't go STICKY like the other Texas Xmas party? Seems a good candidate to me. Then maybe:
Sticky? Sticky? I don't need no stinking sticky!

It's shaping up to be another fun event. So far we have about 30 people and 15 cars, so pretty close in size to last year's event.
I'm picking up my first OB tomorrow... a beautiful and very original black/black 82 auto with 83k miles, so I might bring it to the event.
For the first time, we'll be staying overnight in the Woodlands, so we'll be able to hang out later this year with the rowdy out of towners! (My wife's idea). We'll be a the Waterway Marriott.

Andy,
Glad yal can make it. Most are staying at the Hyatt. Tony told me a trick on their web page, look for Offers, Sunday getaways, takes the price down to the 160's. I didn't know about it when I booked and did Priceline and ended up at the Mariott, not far away.
