passenger fender well y fitting hoses
so i am knoking out some much needed deferred maintenance issues..
put new lower ball joint on today, and am doing the motor mounts and oil pan gasket tomorrow.
i was cleaning the fender wells and when i took the line off today i found a surprise.. no y tee.... i found two hoses blocked with a pieces of wood and no tee.. what should i do about this and is it causing any issues?

the third line goes to the charcoal cannister just above the lines,
you may have to remove the cannister to see the outlet

looks like the top hose is hooked up to the canister, you an see in the pi where the hose connects through the bracket and routs back up to the canister.

The other twoo come together in the y-piece then connect to the same side on charcoal canister, in the middle. Also using a hard u line like the other one, this prevents the lines from folding and blocking. Not sure but it looks like the outlet on the charcoal canister is broken.
