how do you KNOW the speedometer is 15 mph low?,
..Did you replace the gear?.. I've read there are different gears. YMMV
.. Are you running on 15 inch phone dial wheels?
I'm sorry, but I have not been playing along, did you have a speedo issue before you converted to LED's?

did you take the needle off by chance?
I did this for my tach and the needle went back on a bit loose. The first few times i revved the car the shaft would spin on the needle...then the car would cruise at 80mph turning 900 rpm!
simple fix...
just a spot of glue on the shaft before adding the needle again...had to pull the cluster though
