In both case, this does not tell the actual paint used.
The paint name and color code is always on the door frame, on the driver side.
In your case, Andre, the pearl white could be original.
XE (or XH) is the inside code. It "could" tell the kind of material used and the colors, but to my knowledge only Porsche knows for sure how to decode it.

My interior seats are a combination of leather and plush seats, the plush is the middle material.
I just found out that Prussia is the name of the old German empire.
The name Prussia derives from the Old Prussians. In the 13th century, the Teutonic Knights—an organized Catholic medieval military order of German crusaders

Just called Mark Motors, where the car was originally purchased and asked them for some info with my VIN and here it is:
Interior trim: XE
Color code: K5k5 paint color (Mexico Blue)
Still not sure about the L999 I will keep on searching.
I will try a long bomb out to Porsche themselves in the hope that I hit someone which can assist.

I already told you L999 is a custom metallic color, without more indication.
Only Porsche can tell you for sure, if the original paint code was removed when the car was repainted in white, which is certainly the case.
You should double check because K5K5 seems to be Dunkelblau (dark blue) and not Mexico Blue in 1985. And Dunkelblau is a solid color.
The paint code is L347.

I think it would've been quite rare w/Mexico blue!
However, I think I see the P/o wife's point.
Pearl is impressive, must standout with the wheels painted to match!

Interior trim: XE means : Leather pinstripe and velour burgundy
Color code: K5k5 paint color Dark Blue with black top, so I guess it was a two tone !
