PCA Event West Chester PA
There is a PCA event this coming Saturday in Chest Wester Pa.
Starts at 8pm behind the Starbucks.
This is our chance to get together Southeastern Pa 928 owners to "represent".
I'll be there, meeting an old Buddy that pulled me over in MD recently.

I'd consider it, but we're going to the Renn Faire for my daughter's birthday.
I'm planning on going to Cars and Coffee in Bethlehem the next day. I'll buy you lunch if you make the trip: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cars-...29548200453194

Though my dad would love to bring his TR6, that ain't happenin'. My Frenzy issues are nothing compared to his. Let's just say there was a fire and an explosion - at two different times - in the period of a week.
British electrics are a bit more dangerous than the Germans!

The TR6 is a fantastic car. I hope he brings it.

I'll bring my dad, but the TR6 needs some work to be roadworthy, and it won't be ready by next weekend.
The explosion was the battery. He noticed that the PO didn't have the wire harness attached to the battery right, so He replaced the connector, reattached, and ran it s bit to charge up the battery. All was fine. he drove to Wawa for a coffee, then got back into the car, turned the key and BOOM...battery explodes.
He got it all fixed, as it was an alternator that was wired incorrectly. It charged the battery up too fast, so it blew.
The second issue is the dash wiring. Apparently someone did some creative wiring behind the dash for some LED lighting, we think. When the battery was wired correctly it pushed a lot of power down (as it should) and fried some wires.
I should have bought him some Deoxit for Father's Day.
