The number on the tensioner is a casting number and not the actual part number.
eBay is not the best place to buy parts of this type because of the many different variations of tensioner - as you have now found out.
Much better to find a "specific" tensioner from an 84 to 86 S2 ROW car - part number is 928 105 086 02.
