Default New 928 International Radiator Installed

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark and Tom at 928 International over the past several weeks regarding the new Aluminum radiators they were introducing.
I was in a bit of a rush to get one as we are heading on a 6 day road trip through Oregon, Washington Idaho and Montana after Labor Day in the 928.
These guys not only kept me up to date on when the rads would be in but helped with expedited shipping so that I would have time to get it installed and tested.
I had A&P, Allen Blanchard's shop in Portland do the install and they were impressed with how easily it went in and it was complete. No issues at all!

Thanks to 928 International for their great service and products. I'll be ordering more from you guys!

Howabout factory or repro stickers as an accompnaying upgrade, at buyer's discretion?

Did you spray it with DeOxit first?

That looks pretty close to factory original.

I held one of these in my hands, last week and looked it over, closely.

I think the radiator "problem" in our 928's is solved....

OK! so i installed the radiator today. just..... WOW. dropped right in, everything bolted up. very VERY happy. the build quality is fantastic. i had one of the other aluminum radiators before. it was anywhere for 1/8 bigger, thicker core, but it had to be FORCED in, and even with old squished mounts it was to tight. now with this New unit, and new rubber mounts, it fits nice and snug, but still flexes all on its own. the other unit when installed basically became a frame component and contributed to it getting a fin/tank crack when i hit a bump.

good call on this unit Mark
