Duarte got another done this morning. He expects to have the Frenzy batch on its way back to me on Tuesday. The second batch will go into the mail then.

Any timetable on mailing out "dials only"? I'm hot to get mine together by Frenzy, after seeing how great the watches look!

Shawn........if theres a high number of Canadian customers would it make sense to use one address for distribution and avoid multiple customs and mailing costs?

If so I'll glady distribute from the North side.

thx for all your doing

The 'dial only' orders are on their way to you. If your order had complete watches as well as an extra dial, your dials will be sent to you with your watches.

The second batch of watches are on their way to Duarte.

The first batch of watches are back. But, because of the gawdam, gawdam Army, I won't be able to make Frenzy. I'll be mailing these out over the next couple days.

Sorry you can't make it Shawn. But, Uncle Sam called so what can you do?

Dials only -- mine arrived today. This new 928 dial design is JFB. I can hardly wait to get mine installed.

Shawn, your commitment to all of us, through your duty in the ARMY, certainly deserves, and has the respect of, those of us who have similarly served and many of those who have not. From my perspective, It ain't the "gawdam Army," or even the Army, but your commitment to us that counts and that we respect. Thanks for your duty and for your outstanding efforts on this watch detail.

It's a pain in the ***: I have two events I like to make every year - Frenzy in October and Hershey in April - and it's looking like the Army is going to step on both of those this coming year.

As far as the complaining: it's my right as a Soldier to complain! But, I've stuck with it for a total of 23 years (including two deployments), so there must be something about it! The 'goddam, goddam Army' thing is from the movie M*A*S*H; it's what my wife and I say whenever the Army gets in the way of other things.

Despite the complaining, it's my distinct and genuine pleasure to serve.
