Thanks much now to find a bracket and hose connector on the top of the compressor! If anyone has done this did you use the newer hose 80 on did it fit or was a custom hose required?

I procured the newer bracket and have a compressor and condenser from my upgraded 86 system. I'm wondering the old 78 seems to be much more stout. Would it be best to use this old condenser or put my 86 in there?

I went from the 78 bracket due to putting on a Portensioner
I made new hoses using a crimper and supplies
Allowed me to use barrier hose etc.
I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out compatible hoses. Just made my own.
Good luck let me know if you want details.

Thanks; the later hoses fit right up that's not the problem it's the condenser I'll try to choose between the 78 condenser which is thicker then the Newer condenser which is much thinner. It seems like the older condenser would distribute a lot more heat than the new one but I may be wrong, that was my question.
