Used loom/harness is $200 and new is $400.

I sell the Nissan sockets for $16.50 for two. Email me and I can send you the instructions.

These seem to be common enough failure points that perhaps Sean needs to start building them, as he does the FOE harnesses. I can see a little cottage industry springing up making a few of these and a few of those where the new replacements are NLA or beyond practical. A few rolls of wire, a few more nail boards, more crimping. No firesleeve needed though.

A buddy and I have been working on one, we put one in his car and wired it up for LED's so the parking/brake lights are on and when the brake pedal is pressed, all three light up (freaking bright). The bulbs are around $25.00 each so 6 of them. Odd issue is getting the plugs as we are using an aftermarket socket which don't seem to be readily available. I'll touch base with my guy and see what we can do and make a few of them. Have not tried them with normal bulbs though.

With the LED's, they are very voltage dependent. When the car is running they are great, but if you have the car off, the change in bulb intensity is lower. I did a Micky Mouse version on mine using the turn signals only, and was not happy with it. Once I switched back to incandescent bulbs it was ok.

I think we just figured it out........amazing how many people look at Rennlist and don't post. Give me this weekend and we should have a couple of these knocked out on Saturday.

Sean--

Curious how you defeat the bulb-checking on the parking-light loops when the brake and parking lights are activated together. Extra isolation diode provides enough voltage drop?

Get Rogers Nissan sockets. They are easy to adapt and install.
