Umm, I can think of a handful of "built" 928s on this forum that would shame that car. Pretty bold statement. Wonder what was done to the engine, and why no pics?

I saw that too. I think its a checkbook car. Someone that got talked into a really expensive custom job. Never seen it before. Ad would be more interesting with pics. He should sell it at Russo Steel in January.

Looks like its a 78/79

But it's better than my GTS... guy is on something here... Agree it's odd there are no engine pictures.

Car built to this spec cost me $26'158.99 ---- I have all invoices.. That is cost because i own a Auto Shop "FYI" , means list would well be over 35k.. Now I know what everyone is saying well its still just a Porsche 928!!! Answer Yes but its the very best 928 in Arizona probably the US. Id put the challenge anyone to that.

Must be some good herb in AZ these days.

It's not to my taste, but I can believe that a lot was spent. It is odd that there are no engine pictures - I'd have expected a lot of bling there

The advert says that it's a '79 car, but is also claiming 320hp. Either they don't know what they've got, or it may have an S4 engine.

As a general rule, when I see so little command of English in an advert, but suspect that it's their first language, I move on.

But think of all the money to be made using the "smugglers compartment". This is clearly a solid investment

Well, it is the "Pro Touring" edition. That leaves me out since I'm a amateur tourer.

There was a great article on Jalopnik about how your car is never worth the money you put into making it special for you.
