Default Crank Pulley Options

I had asked a similar question last year - no progress so far on the project but still considering some changes.

What are the options for modular crank pulleys for the 928? It seems there are options for supercharger belt drives but what about modular options for changing drive ratios for other accessories?

I'd like an approx 20% smaller airpump crank pulley and an approx 10% larger diameter alternator crank pulley widened to a 6 rib drive belt - no additional equipment.

Are there any places that can build up a totally custom pulley set? Are the alternator pulleys ever directly swappable (bolt on) on the stock crank pulley set (it seems not to me).

Projects here are vacuum pump (installed & running already, but ratio is not ideal) and plans for a total revamp to the alternator configuration - many many changes here - but it needs a better ratio - better than can be achieved just with a smaller alternator pulley.

Alan,

I looked into this "recently".

I was working with Innovators West to make a new damper with a built-in drive for modular pulleys. Metco makes some parts that work with the IW design.

If you can get a couple other people interested, I can get this off the design page and into production.
