^^^That looks like a true low mileage cream puff.
A cracked dash is a major expense in itself and the other wear and tear just doesn't come across as a low mileage car.
If I were going to pay top dollar for the advertised car the very first thing I would ask is for a copy of the service history. Assuming its available it will verify the cars mileage and maintenance history. If it's not available all bets are off since there's nothing to verify the mileage is accurate.

Don that is spectacular. Would love to see it in the flesh sometime. Run a caravan down to Hershey or Frenzy next year (or both) with the NYC crowd (Wayne, et al).
