You should also consider a kickstarter campaign to get committed sales numbers for qty production....

It looks like the first batch are likely to go fairly quickly (most 'accounted' for through this thread.)

Until a week ago I did not have the internet capability to do anything fancy that required staying online for more than two minutes so setting up a kickstarter campaign was out of the question.

I am happy if my costs will be covered within a couple of months (i.e. all units sold). It is relatively easy to get more produced. Batch size has little effect on unit price from here on in (unless we are talking hundreds).

I will send these out to Roger today.

I'd like one too. Even though I just bought a new one with alarm two months ago.

Myles, this is terrific, and thanks for seeing this through. Please put me down for one, for our GT.

Thanks!

Thanks Myles - Price is $235 plus shipping.
I have a list of those that expressed a need for latch.
I will confirm the orders and ship once we receive the parts.

That's a bargain for that quality, in stainless. And for these quantities it is a screaming deal.

THANK YOU, Myles and Roger!

Roger,
add another $100- onto Jim's so we can both make some money.

(Thanks for the compliment Jim)

Default Trying to get update on status

I am aware that Roger has not been well.

I have asked him a few times since the hatch latches were delivered to him where things are at and have not had a response so I thought I would ask those who were keen to get one.

Can anyone here advise if they have been contacted by Roger in relation to these and where things are at?

Cheers
Myles

Hi Myles - sorry but slightly down on my priority list after I returned to running on 8 cylinders.
Once I am back in the office tomorrow I will send the emails out to the first 10 on the list and go from there.
Sorry for the delay.

I will take one if you have any left. Or put me on the list for the next batch.
