I'm new to the 928oc community but have been a member of Rennlist for a while. I'm down in Windsor and while I'm not 928 owner I am real interested in learning more about the car and ownership experience. I am getting to the point where a fun second car could happen and I'm thinking that a 928 tics all the boxes relative to what I'd want. This forum and community seems to be a good fit. I was hoping you could keep me in mind for any upcoming events or networking opportunities where I could possibly participate. I see the occasional 928 cruise by in the city but I do not personally know anyone who owns one where I might get a closer look. Cheers,

The Hell, Michigan yearly weekend get together is usually in early August and since you are in Windsor, it would be a short drive across the border. It's a great event to see all kinds of 928s and ask any quaestions you would want. Most of the owners that attend this event are true gearheads.

Welcome! I am from Windsor (and still own a house there, in Forest glade) and come quite regularly. (my daughter still lives there)

I know the Detroit boys and (unluckily for them) they know me. Go to a beer night there. No need to own a 928. Just said rod / 69gaugeman sent you...

This is a fantastic event! Stay over in a tent, get drunk (if you want to) and enjoy all thing 928. Again, no need for 928 ownership. I missed the last two because of divorce battles taking my passport, but I will be at the next one. Always on the long weekend in August.
