NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... I can't believe you are selling this car Jim after all the AMAZING custom work you have had done to it! I agree with you on the wonders of the 991, but still...eventually you will see them on every street corner...not so much a GTS!!!

I have said it many times, the only 911's that could ever even make me THINK about giving up a GTS are the 997TT and perhaps a 991 S...certainly a 991TT would trump my GTS's, but I'd never NOT have a GTS in my garage unless things were quite dire...

GLWS Jim...as others have said, it is one of the BEST GTS drivers out there...PERIOD!

What are the series of LED's under the HVAC panel for? Looks to be a sequential tach?
They are the Arm 1 air fuel ratio gauge, lights go from red (lean) to yellow to green to blue (rich). Has helped with troubleshooting on numerous occasions.

Having seen Jim's car several times, and having known Jim for about 10 years, I want anyone interested in a 928 GTS to know that this is a superb example of an excellent car that has been upgraded in MANY ways. Beautiful car, and I personally will shed a tear when Jim sells it and if he departs from the 928 community. A class car but an even classier owner.

Jim, I'd say 'GLWTS', but you won't need any 'luck' to sell this car, as it is the person who buys it that has the 'luck'.

One note on the HP of this car. That dyno was done with some seriously carbon'd up cylinders and valves. After the top end being done the car spins the tires in 3rd gear now. I'm willing to bet the HP is a lot more than noted.

Well it's been a little less than 24 hours now, I can't believe the car is still for sale. One of the best for sure. Sure hope it stays in the active 928 community.

Jim you better show up in Canada, I own you a towel.

Funny thing is you couldn't make a car like that for the asking price..

By the time you bought a manual GTS, did all the preventative maintenance, fitted new cams, got Paul C seats, fitted a new exhaust etc. you'd be way further in the hole.

Very nice looking car.

Very true. I'm doing this now with a 1993 GTS 5-speed. GT cams, Greg Brown headers and exhaust, 944 valve springs, lightweight lifters and new radiator. My investment has already surpassed Jim's asking price and I don't have the extra fabrication goodies he has done and the wheels. Jim's car has always been a benchmark as I've been doing my car. Someone is going to get a great GTS.

Good thing I put a big down payment on a house last week It's such an interesting car the more I think about it. Reading comments here from those with some knowledge of the car, it becomes apparent that the title issue gave Mr. Mayzurk a big green light to REALLY upgrade it...true enhancements. No one looks at this car and wants to delete anything he's done. It's really amazing. And it's a bargain. I hope it goes for more than asking price.

When I bought my GTS I thought I was done w/upgrades with little to do...........then I went to Wichita and saw Jims car.......spectacular to look at and impossible to follow; I tried real hard at 3rd Coast

Hope you get every penny your asking Jim....bring the 991 to Canada, you'll always be part of the family.

I was in line to buy this car when Jim was first considering it a while back; have driven it. It's an awesome GTS! Things do change...but, as Jim says, it's the people...and, it's never been a requirement to have a 928 to be a part of the group. I'll be seeing Jim in his 991, for sure!!

Best, Jim, on the sale!!
