Yup...$45k, if you have too ask you know what they say. My step brother is a Chevy 350 cheer leader he would be doing back flips with outrage telling me tell the stuff he could buy. I understand tho, it's quality and rarity that speaks to the Porsche enthusiasts, not for the masses. Like a blue diamond for millions of dollars not bigger than bean.

Rob and Dave, thanks very much for the information. No surprises, but pretty neat to find out the car is still as it left the factory.
And, I appreciate the headroom on every drive...

Thank you Rob, wow that was a quick answer!
It's white (I don't know the paint code) with burgundy interior. I just bought it in Perth, Western Australia.
The seller fitted a 928 Motorsports Stage 2 supercharger kit including new radiator, Autronics ECU, ceramic coated headers and full stainless exhaust circa 3 years ago. It goes very hard but cooling is an issue: it's hovering around 90 on the temp gauge in cool (10 degrees) conditions. The stack of intercooler heat exchanger + A/C condenser sitting right in front of the radiator is probably the main cause. I'm going to post up a help request in the technical forums to explore options for resolving

I drove your car when it was first imported to Australia - it was imported from NZ by a local 928er in Sydney back in 2008 or so. That was before he sold it to the guy in Perth and the supercharger was fitted
The pinstripe cloth sport seats in it were very nice! I hope the sale came with all the missing stock bits for the engine bay - the car would have sold faster and for a lot more without the supercharger!

That's not a 928 VIN number, it's some sort of 1980 911, U.S. spec.

Hi Everybody,
Just bought my first 928 yesterday. First registration is january 12, 1990. Picture is in separate post below.
I am also the happy owner of a 1968 912, but I is not sufficient for longer trips or bad weather.
I live in Copenhagen Denmark where the 928 is rather rare.
In any case I was wondering wheter somebody could check the VIN for me: WPOZZZ92ZLS840133
