All Porsche entuosiasts are invited by PCA. Any 928's coming?

We will be there, also to visit the Pebble Beach concours.

This will be a very interesting event . If I am reading this correctly the Legends event will be shared with Porsche. There is a massive amount of room for more cars. This could easily start to rival Concorso Italiano. In the past admission has been free ( Concorso charges $100 per person).
I will be there.

Part of the info in the link posted:

"Werks Reunion is open to all and tagged as “A Porsche Gathering” for a reason: PCA is inviting other Porsche clubs to join. Werks Reunion is intended to be a way for all owners to mingle during Monterey Car Week. As a result, the Porsche Owners Club, Porsche Racing Club, 356 Registry, 356 Club, Early 911S Registry, R Gruppe, 914 World, and all Porsche clubs and registries are welcome. PCA membership is not required."

Sounds like an opportunity for the 928OC (?)

I've never been to the Monterey Historic Races and always wanted to go. This may be the year...

Ah, fond memories of the Monterey peninsula- spent 14-15 months at the Presidio of Monterey way back when courtesy of the US Army, and I would be back there in a heartbeat for this if it weren't for the fact I'm on the other coast... I'm sure this will be a memorable occasion, to say the least!

I am going to do my best to make it. Always wanted to go to Pebble Beach for the cars and this sounds like a perfect time to make it happen.

Area grows almost 100% of the artichokes in the USA, so good time to stock up.

After attending in 2011 and 2012, we skipped this past year. But after reading about the changes, we will plan on attending. They have a ton of space to make this a really good event - just hope that with PCA and PCNA stepping in the organization and corral area improves. As others have mentioned, it would be great to see this event reach the level of the Concourso Italiano.

To give you an idea of the numbers in Monterey that weekend, for years I printed the Concorso Italiano program. 10,000 copies at 160 pages or so. This was just one event
on Friday, I think there are about 8 events on Friday alone including the races at Monterey. Don't even think of finding a room at this late date unless you can spend the big big bucks or happen to be friends with J Leno. Bring your camping gear. I have been thinking I could tow my Airstream with my 928 :-)

I will be there for the festivities - need to connect with the Porsche crowd. This will be my first time going. My friend has a Pantera, so we will do a lot of the Italian stuff, but I do want to get in on the P-car events too. I will not have my shark. It would be great to set up some meet and greet time, at one of the events.

I will be there as well. :-). I will bring one or two of the 928's down, depending on how many drivers I have. Will be good to meet some more fellow 928ers for sure.

It was a wonderful day at Werks Reunion. Beautiful cars from all era's. Some stunning historic cars! And some dutch cars too! The orange ex-Pon 906, a 959 on dutch plates, and e "Rijkspolitie" 356 from 1965 (yes, special order series of 10 after the factory stopped making the 356 cars). And I finally met some very nice people from Rennlist (see picture). It was a great pleasure meeting you (sorry, forgot the name) and talking the P language for a while.

We'll be at Laguna Seca tomorrow and perhaps meet someone from Rennlist again.
