Wiring
I bought one, but can't figure out how to wire it up. It came with a harness for their own radio, but I have a Kenwood with the white & red rca jacks in the back. Can you help??
Thanks

Its very easy to install...Route the red wire to the battery positive, black wire to the battery negative(ground) the blue wire is a remote turn-on and connects to the blue wire on the back of your head unit. Then run a set of RCA jacks from the head unit into corresponding RCA inputs on the sub...Bam! your now ready to rumble, literally. There is also a gain **** on the sub, to set this start with it set to minimum, then turn your radio volume up to a comfortable listening level where your front speakers are fairly loud but nice and clear still. Then slowly turn the gain **** on the sub up till you reach the desired affect without distortion. Follow these steps and the sub will add a nice bit of low end grunt to your system.

By the way guys, when installing this unit, can I still use the spare wheel cover?
Or is it better to make holes in it?
I know that high frequency needs to be as direct as possible. Not the bass.
Thanks in advance.

When I was going this route I had thought of using the 6" peice of foam padding out of an old couch cushion. If you find that the insulation doesn't hold it tightly enough think about giving it a try, you will find the yellow foam cushioning at any fabric store. It should seal the whole well up nicely while holding the subwoofer firmly in place and offer some sound proofing to boot.
