Hey Dins, post up that pic/drawing you had of the C5 input shaft compared to the 928 input shaft.

Btw are you selling any kits for the 6 speed Getrag conversion? Is it just the custom crossmember you need to do it?

I have a 75 XJ12C that's been converted to run on propane. The goal is to convert it back at some point. It's a fantastic motor. Nothing like anything I've owned.

Really cool project Jeff. Who doesn't love a V12? Well, at least a non Jaguar V12, nobody in their right mind loves those things. There is a crazy cat guy across town from me hoarding around three dozen of those anchors. He's convinced they'll be "worth something" some day.

Why not just buy an Aston?
Exactly.... it's the thrill of the achievement I would guess

I have a sneaky suspicion that I know this guy.

Come now, if this can be made to work, surely the 928 is viable?

I'm all for insane projects like this. Enthusiasm in the platform, no matter how unusual the inspiration, is only a good thing for the owners overall.

I've always been kinda partial to the Lamborghini V12 4/5L lump. Old school.

Is the Toyota going to hopefully sound like a Ferrari?

1GZ-FE here is a little info on the motor. 6 bolt mains, alloy block and heads, forged crank, sequential injection, continuously variable valve timing, variable length intake, direct fire ignition, fly by wire throttle.
The only thing missing is boost.
