Default O2 sensor- is it causing bucking or hesitation

I keep scouring this forum trying to resolve this issue. Bucking and hesitation at low rpm slow acceleration 1800-2000 RPMs or letting off the throttle at slow speeds. Most pronounced trying to make my way through a parking lot. It's like flying in moderate turbulence. Can it be the o2 sensor? Could it be ISV? I sprayed it with WD40 while running in case it was sticking, no change.

Replaced vacuum lines, sleeves, hoses, caps rotors, stock plugs, sprayed MAF, checked ohms coils, temp II sens., no arcing in dark garage, fuel pressure 34 psi at idle. If I accelerate hard, car never misses a beat and pulls smoothly. Help please.
