Default Dash cover

Can anyone recommend a quality dash cover for a 82, either cloth or leather? I'm not looking to cover the pod, just the leather dash up to the front glass and down to the glove box. My dash is not cracked and I want to keep it that way, thanks!

Just use a sun screen in the windshield and treat the leather regularly.

My dash needed more than a "red neck" rug which I had for some time. Since my interior is black it the rug was acceptable.
Now trying something new, I bought an ABS cover. Sanded down the big humps and warps. removed the plastic vents and
made the dash as flat as possible. Fitting the ABS cover is like a dentist putting in a filling. They don't just snap in. Then I took it to my local upholstery shop and had them cover it with an
suede like material.
I should have it back next week. Maybe it will work and maybe I will but the rug back on but worth a try.

More to come

+1 on Dash Designs. Really happy with mine, matches my interior color very nicely. Give them a call and they will send you as many samples as you want.

Has anyone got tips or links for a new leather dash cover?

So far I think I'll have to remove my dash an bring it to an upholsterer.

You need to pull your dash out and recover it, am I correct on this?
If my idea does not come out well then this is the direction I will go in
I have a donor dash that I could use as well
