while the passenger seat is out--great opportunity to clean up the fuse panel. previously mentioned projects are done--just haven't started the car up yet. trying to figure out if I'm afraid of failure, or afraid of success! Inside is looking good though!

Clean up/ Lexol condition the rear seats and trim and bag em up for a while. I also mocked in a tan manual seat with a cover. Looks terrible compared to the black newer style power seats I recently purchased. Guess which project just moved up in line! I still need to test the mechanicals. Hopefully the few smaller parts I need (pivot clips and misc) are on the older (roached) original power seats--time to get them down from the loft!

Wow, pretty color- would love to see more pics of the car, is there a thread?
Edit- found one- need more! What is the paint code? Looks redder than the purple cars I've seen.
Next thing done- fix what broke last time I was upfixen der Porsche. Have to R&R the second cam cover and now, replace a vacuum hose way under the intake.

Next project, get later model seats to work properly. I need the lower pivot fittings for the driver seat--the part that releases the seat so it will tilt forward. If they have a different name, forgive me. Tore apart one of my original (to the 83) power seats and found nothing similar. Nice to see how the seats go together for future reference and patterns. Also used the leather from the back of the seat to recover the glove box drawer. Happy with the results! If anyone has any ideas on the pivot parts let me know. Thanks, Ken

Completely redo the A/C system and completely insulate and soundproof the cabin while I have the front half of the interior out. Make it properly converted to R134a and replace all of the temp switches and relays so I don't have to worry about them, fix compressor clutch wiring, add second relay to clutch.... you know where this is going . And also completely redo the parts of the braking system in the engine bay of the car; replace the 2 bias valves with 55bar ones, replace brake booster, replace brake master cylinder, all in preparation for the 993 C2 calipers I will stick on it. I don't want another collision again.....
