They said there is still some room but at 159$.

Welcome to you & Jeanne to the Sunshine State DR! I'm sure you'll gravitate staying here more as time goes on, Florida is a great place to live. Regarding getting used to the heat, I tell people that living here my whole life I'm still not used to the heat or the bugs & with my receding hair line, the heat is increasingly difficult! Guess that's what hats & AC are for. If you ever do end up here 24/7, you can have a Sharks in the Bay or such, since you're in Tampa Bay. Wish we could make it back up to SITM, I miss all those fesitivities, not sure it will work out this year for us either due to family commitments around that same time again.
