Hilton,

Could you lookup another vin? My 1980 Euro 92A0821034, it was imported into the US in 85 The importer was in Burlington VT. The car has been registered in Vermont since 85 and I am the third owner of the car in the US. I have had it since 1999.

Thanks in advance

Hi Hilton
I have been pondering this for years. My car is really a bare bones 5sp 80,
no sunroof, no rear air or trunk release. It has been repainted and it appears that the original color is not in the book
Maybe you can help vin 92A0811107

Rear air and truck release were introduced years later.

Thank you Hilton and Erkka
I figured that rear air came a bit later, was not sure. The trunk release is a surprise.
For me I like the fact that my car is simple and straight forward.

Interesting to see if car still has original seats and only drivers side has electrics.

It apparently does not have the original seats. The interior was all black, I think, but the seats, all four, are almost stark white, and they don't look to me like they have been redone, but rather are original from another car and in pretty good condition.

However, the wiring is likely to still be there, so I can probably tell about the electrics from the car end of the wires.

P.S. Will my car have the 4.5L or 4.7L?

A friend of mine has an '83 k-jet 928S with an electric driver's seat and manual passenger seat, both original to the car.

Jerry - your new acquisition is the 300hp 4.7L k-jet engine.
