I have installed a set of these in a 1988 S4 auto and 5 speed,
in both cases they put the motor right where it should sit ,
the vibration dampening is good, though a small amount of vibes can be felt at idle from the driver seat,
these mounts are not like the rubber mounts that let the engine rock when you press the gas,
rather the engine moves very slightly.
These parts are like little jewels funny you dont see them.
