I'll add:

1. Lower center console shifter/clock surround, black vinyl, for digital clock & NON rear A/C, good used condition - start @ $20

2. Black plastic lower column cover (around steering wheel hub), some minor scratches around cruise control stalk exit, good used condition - start @ $20

3. Interior rear view mirror, tilt function works well, slightly delaminating at top edge ~1/16" in areas but hardly noticeable once mounted - start @ $15

4. 89+ tweeter grille & trim ring, 928 555 689 00, actually a pair but one has a good grille and the other has a good trim ring (one grille dented, one trim ring cracked, good grille could use some paint as it has rubbed off at the edge) - start @ $10

Default Hatch Latch Receiver Liner 78 and 79 only

Here is another item I'll donate. You don't see these very often and in fact I am pretty sure no one else makes this item anywhere in the world.

When I was making the Hatch Latch Receiver Liner/Insert for the 928, I fashioned one version into the one that is unique to the 78 and 79 cars, sometimes called "OB."

My versions for the later cars sort of got superceded by the more factory-like versions made available by Roger and Nicole, so my only uniqueness is with this version for the very early cars. I quit pushing mine for sale, but I still have some of these and will donate one for this auction.

Again, this item is useful ONLY for the 78 and 79 928. Comes with instructions.

Bidding is open.

Wow, what a great day for the auction.

Some great help from our vendors. Thanks to all of you we're almost up to $2000.

People have been commenting about the dearth of affordable RMB's lately. Here's a steel RMB that was on my GTS when I bought it. Should fit 87-95. It's a bit rusty here and there. So I will bead blast it and paint it in the color desired by the winning bidder, in high temp exhaust paint. Will deliver in the LA basin, or ship via Fedex ground. This oughta open at $75, I would think.

Mike, I think you are overlooking Roger's bid of $90 for the two cases of firestarters. Item in Post #3 and Roger's bid in Post #34.

This looks like a good way to have introduced my new product, the W/S Trim Gap Filler Strips. Therefore I request that you close the second set and I am donating a third set. Thanks to the bidders for the great bids on these items.

Thanks Jerry, I appreciate you mentioning it. I thought I got all of the items from yesterday in there, but I missed those.

Jerry, thanks very much! I have sent a notice to the winning bidder on the 2nd set and I've posted a 3rd set in the first post.

I'm in for $20.

(Wondering if someone is going to put in a car for bid!)

Thanks Steve, for the donation of this item. I love these little jacks and try to carry two of them in each of my cars.

I'll bid $40 for this one. I hope someone outbids me though, or at least we get a little bidding battle over it.

Default 928 Watch donation

I have been giving away watches from my collection as door prizes for the last few events I have attended, but have been saving this one for some kind of special occasion. I think this Hedrick Family Auction is certainly a special event, so I am donating this 928 Porsche "theme" watch for the auction for the highest bidder. Here is a picture. Hope it is clear enough.
