Default iPhone App for Trouble Codes

An ad for a iPhone app that appeared in a sidebar caught my eye and I wondered if anyone has tried it.... Called BlueDriver, it involves attaching a wireless sensor to the OBD connection and can be used as a reader and more.

Not expensive, it's $40 for the sensor and there's an undiclosed fee for application add-ons if, for example, you want a log feature. Anyways, thought I'd share.

Interesting but I'm sure it is only OBDII, so 1996 and later. Won't work with any 928.

^^^ Pretty sure you are 100% correct on the only OBDII thing.

Ooops. Indeed, the required plug-in is OBD II.

I have bought adapters for my non-P cars for bluetooth for around $15 on eBay. They work great. You can see engine stats and check/reset engine codes. Software on Android is free.

All that being said: this is definitely OT...
