Trying to build a list of 928 Owners in and around Jacksonville, FL to see if anyone wants to do a meal/beverage type GTG periodically.

Feel free to respond if your from J-Ville or could see yourself coming to J-Ville for something.

Hi Trey, not too many active 928ers in Jax & most of those that I've met over the years have not gotten too involved with gatherings, such as when we did the Sharks at Daytona each Oct. for five years. Joe Taylor who's here on RL lives in Ponte Vedra Beach. Wife & I go to St. Aug. on a regular basis. Perhaps we can coordinate meeting up in the Oldest City sometime. I'd be up for it. I'm in Gainesville but make it up to Jax for work semi-frequently.

I'd also love to find 928 guys in FL to work on cars with. Only a few 928s in Gainesville and none of those guys are DIYers.

I am a frequent visitor of Jacksonville area. I kidnapped my 928 from Ponte Vedra beach and brought it back to Ohio. I am working on moving back toSt. Aug. I will be watching this thread. Would love to get involved with a good group of 928'ers when I get back.

Actually, I see the O.P. is from St. Augustine. You have probably seen my car running around St. Aug. quite a bit in the past few months. It can generally be found parked near Scarlett O'Haras. LOL! I am getting stressed about the Ohio to Florida back to Ohio trips, so she is taking a break til summer.

I moved back to Jax but still have a condo in St. Aug Beach. St. Augustine and A1A is a most excellent place to casually drive these cars.

So I would have to show up in the family car
But it would still be great to meet other 928 owners in the area. I am north of Jax, in Fernandina Beach.

My Shark has spent a bit of time on A1A from Ponte Vedra beach south to Vilano, around town and across to Anastasia Island. Love to go sit at Crescent Beach and watch the wildlife. Love that area.

I am in Dania Beach..quite a way from there but I know Jax fairly well (St Augustine even simpler) ..maybe when Kate is ready for a road trip..

any of you guys going to SITM? I go thru Jax on Thursday night, usually stay in a motel in the area and finish the run to SITM on Friday
