I think the dirt tolerance quote is related to this thread form being used in firefighting gear, where you dont want to have to clean things you need to work in a hurry in the field.

I bought one as well that as soon as I'm done with it, it can start making the rounds.

Chris, if you can bring it to SITM, then I would love to use it on my 93 GTS. Front plug is frozen and I was waiting on finding a tap before drilling it out.

I'd be very interested in borrowing it as well this summer. I have to drill out my front cap and I'd like to clean the threads before putting the new style plug back in.

Hi Kent,
I too am in Ontario, in Ottawa, and could use the tow tap.
Are you close enough for it to be easy to pass to me?
If not, I will delay because I am away for two weeks, starting April 1
