Generally these color codes align to the following functions:
Red = 12v positive, the thicker red is likely switched on with ignition and the smaller is a permanent voltage.
Brown = ground
Black / Blue = console illumination
Green / brown = ?
It's hard to say which specific system those belong to but my first guess would be stereo looking at the wiring diagrams. see below...
