Is the yellow tint actually brass or tin? Shop manuals mention tin between panels. On my GT it is yellow as well on the sunroof section.

Cheers!
Carl
Tin on the left, brass on the right ? Weld on bottom looks like brass ? T

Not happy with the last painters that did Just Beachy, or have they had their fill of 928's? LOL!

Great work Tony! Can't wait to see this beauty on the road!

Wow, this project gives me the urge to just quit my job and fly over to Texas to be your apprentice, Tony!
The NSX Imola Orange might not be far from the color that you are looking for.

Steve, That is a beautiful color on that NSX, but I think we will be going just a few shades richer. Just about ready for the ole baking soda & warm water bath (great tip podguy) before trailering it all over to the painter. T

Who is doing your painting this time Tony? Same as Just Beachy or did that painter decide one 928 is more than enough to do a color change on?!

James, Jeff's friend who has a few high end sports cars gave us a recommendation. Trailered J.P. over to VLZ Elite in Victoria. We were impressed with Vincent's operation, struct a deal, then left J.P. there for finish bodywork & paint. 77Tony

Stan, The owner/painter, and his brother/bodyman were honestly thrilled when they laid there eyes on this car. We spoke with them at length, viewed a recently painted newer Z car outside that just looked fantabulous. I think the Camaro in the booth was a white pearl, but did not take a close look at that one. This project is progressing nicely, and really coming together (or apart, depending).

Keep it up Tony!
