Thanks, Rob! They list two 12V versions on the site - which one have you used?

It looks like the second from the top is smaller.

It is that time of year to swap work isn't it.

I've installed four kits from Nicole and they are fantastic.

What do you guys think??
Go with the LED kit while you have the pot out. I did not, just replacing with orginal bulbs the 1st go around and was disappointed. (the orginal reflectors are so dull, new bulbs did not help mine).

So out came the pod a 2nd time and in went the blue LED kit.

Thanks, ponenc!

For clarification, there are three totally different types of LED kits for the 928:

78-82
83-88
89-95

The 83-88 is the most complex to manufacture, as it contains three clear plastic "wedges" with embedded LEDs, which are needed to replace the original illumination. Installation is very easy, though - hardest pat is to get the instruments out of the car...

Should an LED wedge fail, I can now special order them individually, saving significant service cost (until now, we only had complete LED kits). Contact me via PM or email, if you ever need a replacement wedge!

Spoke to Nicole today via email and got the kit on order. Looks like I will be painting mirrors while I wait for the kit to come in. I did the blue and should be here in a couple of weeks, she had to order as she is out of stock for the 82 but did have the white.
Thanks everyone.

I usually stock all versions in white, and limited quantities of the 83-88 and 89-95 kits in blue.

That looks like the Australian shifter **** combined with a Jager large leather boot and stainless or aluminum shift plate with cut-out lettering (or the complete drop-in assembly thereof). The large boot was on back-order last time I asked, but I will check on availability. The shift plate is available separately; I have a stainless steel version in stock.
