Hi Guys,

How do I find out the options and info etc on this old girl, 9289102256

To my knowledge, there is only one way. The owner must ask (and usually pay) Porsche for a certificate of authenticity.

We can only tell you that this is a 1979 RoW 928.

Does this mean it is number 239 ?
Mfg date 11/78.

They started with #11 (Jim's car, #1 - the first preproduction press car), so yours is production number #229

If you call the COA number - they will 'verify' color combo for you - I.E. if you tell them the color/interior you think it is, they will verify it's Correct. Ask nicely.

My friend just came across 9288100781. It appears to be silver with blue and black Pascha seats... Euro import, non sunroof, no rub strips and only a driver side rear view mirror...
