So do the coils go the other way around.
Local pickup in Australia would be so sweet for you guys.
Shipping for 4 heavy springs can't be cheap.

So to use these on my '81 or '84 I would need the springs, new perches and new shocks (boge or bilstein)?
The '84 front spoiler is already like only 4" off the ground... but I need springs and shocks

When I phoned Eibach directly this time last year, to ask about buying these same springs, they said they couldn't sell them as the specifications for them are the Intellectual Property of 928int. Completely understandable and fine, but it was a bit of hassle to go to California just to fetch them Especially when Eibach Suspension Technology (their Aussie warehouse/HQ) are based about a 15 minute drive from me.
(I was actually there visiting the in-laws.. and also fetched an X-pipe and several other large items )

Can the ride height still be adjusted to counter the lowering? I'd like the improved handling but my '85 sits just rite as it is already low enough and I want to be able to run 295's without having to roll the fenders...

I am not a fan of progressive springs. I would agree that they are a sort of improvement over original springs.
The factory spring rates are about 285# front and 185# rear.

From several old posts:
Eibach progressive springs are rated 399-559 lbs F and 285-372 lbs R. They are best with the Bilstein high pressure gas shocks as the higher spring rate need more dampening. It’s now a completely different car. On the street turn-in is effortless and predictable. There’s some suggestion of impending over steer but the rear remains firmly planted. I haven't been near the limit but have taken corners at close to 40, minimal roll, nice ride. I get much more info through the steering and seat of the pants. It's not obnoxious, and adds significantly to the firm and confident feeling. It lightens the feel of the car a lot, which says a lot for a car as substantial as the 928, it almost feels toss able now. Eibach/Koni externally adjustable shocks suspension is awesome!
I have them on my GTS with Bilsteins and had them on the GT with Koni's before the GTS. I wouldn't go any other way. They make the cruiser into a real sports car that still retains the comfort, but with a firmer ride.
