Can anyone verify the size of the door speaker in my 1983. I believe they are 4 x 6 oval but have not had the chance to remove the door panel yet to check. If you can direct me to a picture that would be fantastic.

My 83S had a 3.5-4 in the doors. No sign of a oval in the doors at all.....

Mine were something around 100mm dia. I suspect you will not find it easy to locate modern units that size as thin as the originals. I had to do some panel beating of the door inner skin to get enough clearance for new Sony speakers.
