sure looks like a turbo supra motor with a standard toyota or lexus automatic.....but if your going to the trouble of an engine swap.....why keep the autobox.....just find a donor with a manual?

Definately a pre Vvti 2JZGTE (3 litre Twin Turbo) probably went with the auto box because it is quite skinny, would not take too much to widen the tunnel for it, toyota manuals are fat numbers, a lot harder..
I have a later Vvti 1JZgte in a 260z,seriously gave a lot of thought to the same swap, but that is a heavy engine. Stuck with a V8
My 3UZ 4.3 V8, 5 speed auto(2002 Lexus) transplant ( we head off in strange tangents down here in the 3rd world.)
The bunch of bananas should just clear under the hood.

Same as the motor comment above, the preferred transmission in the Supra is the auto due to its strength, and other reasons.

Steering wheel could have been a great idea, but they didn't realize the flat part is supposed to be on the bottom. Once again, a third world country. Not a lot of information available, just pictures etc...
