I have been waiting 5 weeks for my parts. I placed the order late in June and only minutes after the placement of the order the money withdrawal from my account. Then silence for a month, until I called Jeannie.

After numerous reminders the parts are on their way to me now.

Yes you can have an apology too, sorry..


She also speeded up your shipping form Priority to Express on our dime also.

Your situation was difference from Doug's where the order was misplaced. Jeannie was in clear contact with informing you some of the parts you ordered were on backorder and clearly noted your account information online for you. (see screen capture below). Unfortunately we are sometimes at the mercy of other vendors and no matter how many reminders we get we can't ship the parts until they arrive to us.

FYI, Our policy is to never charge credit cards until parts are shipped, it is a personal pet peeve of mine about companies that charge credit cards before they ship parts so the only time that happens is an occasional error..BUT if you use the Paypal option if does take the funds immediately, unfortunately we have no control over that system and I hate that it works the way it does.

BTW, Jeannie said for me to give a blanket apology for all the orders she has screwed up over the years.. with over 60,000 928 orders filled over the years she is not perfect, but she does try harder to get even better!

928gt.com, 928intl, and roger have always been good to me. Yea we had some screws up here and there but nothing to cry wolf over they always made good on it!
