Default Brakes Problem

Resurrected the red 928 S2 (Euro) 5spd with GT brakes/GTS gearbox today after 13mths off the road. Noticed that had to pump the break pedal twice to get firm braking action. I am thinking:

- Air in the system. Replace with new brake fluid, bleed properly and be done.

- Replace master cylinder, clutch master and slave master - they are the original and the car is 25 years old.

Brain says option 1, heart says option 2. What do you say, listers?

Thanks,

Alex

P.S. She started first time after so much time and even the air-con works, not that we need it much in the Uk
