Mobil 1 oil deal & $10 rebate
Advance Auto, for those of you that have them, has 5qt of Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a Mobil 1 filter for $29.99. Then $10 rebate on top of that, link below. Rebate is not good till April 1st.

Mark, it's hard to argue about your track record with Amsoil. However, it's also hard to argue that I ran Mobil 1 15W-50 in my old '86 for 8 years and 80k miles of daily hard street driving without any problems. The car still runs great today with probably close to 200k miles.

It is quite a testimonial. (i dont have any ties to amsoil by the way)
Scots running it too, and I have run it on 3 other engines of mine as well.
never an issue with bearings. all motors have been torn down to prove it too!
(except one).
I dont think its a big deal unless you are getting the oil real hot, like 240F hot and are doing track use. If you are, I would go with the oil that has worked for me over all these years. Its oil pressure when very hot is still over 5 bar. I thin it migth have something to do with with its thermal break down qualities. Also, it has more zinc now, if you are going with the racing version. 15-50 .
I think most cars would run for a long time on mobil one if you didnt push the limits that often.
