82: Brake Booster Replacement & Diagnostic
My Ps light is flashing and brakes are rock hard I am assuming the PB is bad.
I checked the one way valve and poked a wire into the booster cavity and it's dry. I do hear a hissing sound under my removed dash so all these thing point to "Survey say's" bad booster.
Is there any other tests besides the foot on the pedal turn on the key which does not change the pedal.
I need to know if I have this out anything else to look at or replace. This car sat for a long time and have not heard back on this issue from PO if it was a problem before.
Oh is this a 10", I can get one from Stan-Shaws' his came from an 86 mine is an 82?
