Looks a bit like silver on my Monitor. Door, hood and or fender looks like it has been repainted.

It's a 1985 - it has been resprayed in a few areas according to the add on ebay. I have not seen it in person "yet". Kinda liked the color. Interior looks OK.

I sold the old Mustang - so now the search begins in earnest!

Thanks,
Ken

We need to know the year of the car to really get a good bead on the color... Looks to pale for Weissgold, but I bet there is a platinum color that it might be...as noted by sjfarbs...

One of those shots actually make it look like Weissgold... I think it is to light for that though...

White Gold

539 Weissgold Metallic
A silver base with subtle gold brown elements for a very rich appearance. The color appears to change, dependent on lighting, from the warmer elements to the more silver and is a darn hard color to describe (and I'm an artist by trade).

Porsche called this color, I believe, "Weissgold Metallic" - "WeiBgold" in German - POR 539, which would perhaps translate as white-gold or silver-gold.

I any event, there are moments when one would call it silver, but a glance at the silver wheels indicates immediately that it is not silver but a warmer tone. Multiple clear coats were applied by the factory.

Either Wiessgold (my 928 was) or Platinum metallic.

Beware colors via computer, every camera and every monitor change everything.
