I've got to give the thumbs up to Louie's car. At redline it sounds like an F1 car being violated by Learjet. Literally a metallic shriek that is downright harrowing, makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end.

Sterling,

Russ thinks "members are not the forum police, if you don't like something (regardless of what put a bug up your ***), don't write it here unless you are asked for comment by the originator of the thread

if you have a question about something, it's much nicer to ask about it, instead saying,"WTF, that really sucks", or "I can't imagine why he did that."

when you bash someone for being off topic, maybe you should go back a read the whole thread in it's complete order to see why it got off topic, and who got it that direction
."

I Agree 100% with your comment though.

Back on topic, I can't get a good recording of mine............damn.

You would do yourself a huge service if you didn't compare your experince with SBC's and Perterbuilts to our cars until you learn enough about them to do so.

No animosity, just calling it like I see it. and just to put it out there, I don't like the sidepipes, I'm just been trying to be polite and not say anything but since you go out of your way to step on toes and **** everyone off, I thought I'd share it with you...

My car sounds VERY similar to this. To bad it's only half as fast right now! lol I'll try to upload a wav file of it soon; a little busy preparing for guests this weekend (wife's baby shower = family descends on us from across the country).

I coundn't agree more. This is hands-down one of the best sounding 928's I'm familiar with. I haven't heard in person, but I've heard the clip.

Here's where the people can find it: Go to Andrew's web sit link, which is attached to his signature. Go to the movies and select "928's Invade Mike Miliken's Warehouse". Fast-forward to about 5:34 and you can hear the Weissach as its being filmed passing the camera.

Mark what the hell exhaust do you have on that car!? The shriek on that car sounds almost like a Ferrari 360 with a Capristo Level 3 exhaust!

This, and the comments that followed from the peanut gallery, are not productive and out of line. I have been nothing but complementary about you and your car.

If you have a beef with me, send a PM. You know how to use it, and I'll be happy to debate it with you there.

I would agree with this as well. Beautiful car, awesome sounding exhaust, and well driven.

It is always so disheartening to run accross a sweet exhaust note on a video, only to have an intrusive soundtrack drown out the sound.
