In future the PorKen Tensioner will be available through 928sRus.
The price is now $425 each
Get them while you can.

Just kidding - the price will initially be the same as PorKen's price.
I will probably lower the price once I consider a larger batch.

I will have stock of 20 within 2 weeks and more to follow.

I will also offer a complete kit including Timing Belt and other needs.

It is because of clever people like Ken and Constantine that our great cars will live forever and the maintainace costs will get lower.

Roger.............as one of the group to recieve Ken's first tensioner kit there's a few adders I'd suggest.

The kit as first offered was very complete with all parts including the bolts, blue loctite and the wiring. I'd suggest the OEM gasket is also there as well as the updated install directions we worked.

The cam, crank, oil pump gears and the water pump could also be included in a full engine front end R&R with the appropriate seals and gaskets.

Or not, for those of us who have brand new engines.

I havent had any issues with the tensioner itself not doing its job. But I think the best thing about this product and its new 2000 era components is that it eliminates the hassle with keeping the belt tension correct and really takes all the guess work out of it. Easy enough that even a caveman could do it, regardless of what those idiots on TV tell you about caveman intelligence.

Tom,

Try and use at least two bolts (of four) to hold the bracket on.

Roger,

How is one to know what you carry? Unless I am missing something, your website is pretty bare. Any idea when it will be updated?

Thanks

I can appreciate what Fabio is saying , I work all day and come home spend time with my family do my choirs and by the time I get a minute to myself I don't think Roger is taking calls at 10 or 11 at night. The internet and web sites are necessary tools of convince. I can also appreciate personal service but sometimes I know what I want and just want to run in and out of the store

Cheers
Matt

HEY!

THATS MY LINE! NO FAIR, where's my royalty check???????

Roger, Does the $425 include the Audi tensioner and roller and all associated parts? Or is it just the PorKen bracket and the other stuff needs to be purchased as separately?
