ENGINE PROBLEMS? HELP!!!!!!
Ok well i just had the engine rebuilt because i blew it. I have had it back for a little while and have only put on it about 2000 miles....Im sitting at a light in 1st gear and start off and the car stalls. It felt as if there was no pressure. I was given it lots of gas, and the clutch was out, but the car was barely moving. Why? Is it blown? I got it towed, they attempted to drive it onto the flat bed, but everytime they tried to drive it up it would stall. Also i noticed a ticking type of noise, and a bit of shaking...What could it be? Also at high speeds at about 130 mph the car shakes, is thta normal? Thanks HELP!!!!!!!

Well first off, of course it isn't normal that the car shakes at 130mph. The reason for that shake can be anything from unbalanced tires to bent drive shafts and a few things in between. As for the engine, could be some vacuum hoses came loose, or weren't connected properly, but this could very well be something more serious than that. Did you have it towed back to the persons who did your rebuild? Who did your rebuild? Are they a reputable 928 shop? Cause if they aren't you might not want them messing with you car again if this is the condition they've left it in. Obvious places to look are things fuel related as well such as the pump, the relay.....
