The Smell of Antifreeze In The Morning
Hello,
Many times after I get finished driving my '79 Euro I can smell antifreeze coming from the engine. I don't see it leaking anywhere and the level is fine. Is this normal, or should I be worried?

It is not normal. You have a leak somewhere, and at some point you'll need to fix it.
I was smelling warm antifreeze for about six months. I found the leak when I removed the fan shroud to gain better access to the engine for a cam-belt retentioning. The DEVEK radiator had srung a leak. I have since replaced it, and all is well. Funny thing is, the car runs cooler with the new OEM radiator. Go figure?!
